🎯 How to Get Your Steam Key

1. Join our Discord using the button above.
2. Go to the #create-ticket channel.
3. Open a ticket and ask for your Steam key.
4. Include your order number and make sure your username matches your purchase.
5. Our team will verify your details and send your key manually.

⏱ Delivery Time: Most keys are sent within minutes after you open a Discord ticket. It can take up to 12 hours when we are verifying multiple orders.

📦 Important Information

You can currently manually download Police Chief from our website at policechiefgame.com/downloads . Steam keys are Patreon-based and will activate once Police Chief officially launches. We are working with Steam to enable early access for backers.

🔑 Tier 1 and 2 Members: These tiers do not include a Steam key. You can upgrade to Tier 3 or 4 directly on our website. The system upgrades automatically and only charges the difference in price.
🎖️ Discord Roles: You can also request your supporter roles in your ticket. Once verified, our team will assign them to your Discord account.
