Thank you for supporting Police Chief.

By purchasing a supporter tier or any digital content related to the game, you agree to the following refund terms:

❌ No Refunds on Digital Purchases

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital goods and early-access content, once access or downloadable content is granted, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. This applies to all tiers, digital bonuses, or early builds.

🔬 Pre-Alpha and Early Access

• The game is still in development.
• Not all features are final.
• You may experience bugs, performance issues, or incomplete content.
• Access may be revoked for violating terms or community guidelines.

These are not valid grounds for a refund.

⚠️ Exceptions (Handled Case-by-Case)

We may consider a refund only if:

• You were charged more than once by mistake.
• A major technical issue on our side prevents access to your purchase and cannot be resolved.
