🚨 Pre-Alpha Access Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a support tier, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- 🔹 All payments are final and non-refundable.
- 🔹 You will gain access to the Pre-Alpha testing phase once it becomes available.
- 🔹 You agree to follow all instructions provided by the development team regarding the use, sharing, and discussion of the Pre-Alpha build.
- 🔹 Restrictions on posting or distributing content will be enforced as outlined in official communications.
- 🔹 Access may be revoked at any time if these terms or any additional rules are violated.
- 🔹 Police Chief is a work in progress. Features and content are subject to change or removal without notice.
- 🔹 The Pre-Alpha is currently only available for PC. There is no guarantee that the game will run properly on your system.
- 🔹 You may be required to provide valid information (e.g., Steam ID, Discord ID) to verify your access.
- 🔹 Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
- 🔹 The build is for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution or monetization is strictly prohibited.
- 🔹 You are encouraged to report bugs or issues to help improve development.
- 🔹 No resale or key trading is allowed. Access is tied to your identity and cannot be transferred or sold.
- 🔹 Ban evasion is not tolerated. Users banned on community channels may lose Pre-Alpha access as well.
- 🔹 Performance may vary. Optimization is ongoing and not guaranteed for all hardware configurations.
- 🔹 Expect bugs and incomplete features. This is an early build for feedback purposes.
- 🔹 Respectful behavior is required. Toxicity or harassment in the community may lead to removal.
- 🔹 Supporter identity verification may be required to maintain access privileges.
- 🔹 Feedback is appreciated but not guaranteed to result in changes.
- 🔹 Testers may receive access to private Discord channels for reporting and exclusive updates.
- 🔹 If you violate the terms, your Pre-Alpha access may be terminated. You will still receive a Steam key when the full version is released.
